For our market entry in Germany, it was important to build the right commercial setup from the start. We therefore looked for a partner with a strong understanding of the sanitary industry, its market structures and the relevant sales channels. EWS brought exactly this expertise and understood both the DIY and OEM business. For each channel, EWS identified and approached suitable candidates and successfully filled the respective Key Account Manager positions. This was particularly valuable for us, as Prevex was still relatively unknown in the German market at the time. Despite this, EWS was able to attract strong candidates and help us establish a solid commercial foundation for our development in Germany.
